There is no public transport to either lookout, but there is a local bus - #698 - with a route that goes partway down Govetts Leap Rd and Evans Lookout Rd before returning to the main road at Blackheath and then Katoomba. Govetts Leap Area and Pulpit Rock Walk — Blue Mountains Walks

The easiest way to see the waterfall is from Govett's Leap Lookout, where there is a large parking area at the end of Govetts Leap Road, 2.7km (4min) drive from Blackheath. The lookout has public toilets, picnic tables and access to water. From the carpark it's a short, wheelchair-accessible walk to the lookout platform.

380 m Hard track This walk, from Blackheath Train Station, is a fantastic way to see some of the iconic areas of the Blue Mountains in the Blackheath area. The walk heads through Pope's Glen to Govetts Leap via a wonderful stroll along the creek, before breaking out to the views of the Grose Valley.

Easy walk and stunning view. It was an easy and pleasant walk from the Visitor/Information Centre along the path, through the bush regenerating from fire damage. Great views at the first lookout, George Phillips Lookout and then a short walk on to Govetts Leap lookout. Stunning views across the valley and with the waterfall.
