May 4, 2012· My Creamy Chicken & Brown Rice Soup seems to be doing the rounds at the moment - must be the cooler weather! I think I'll make some tomorrow. better go make some chicken stock paste - makes all the difference in this recipe!! Some people find my style of cooking a little 'quirky'.

Cut your chicken into small chunks. This will help the chicken cook quickly and evenly in the soup. Stir in all other ingredients except for your spinach. Bring to a boil on high heat. Then cover and reduce to a simmer (medium or medium low heat) for 15-20 minutes. Chicken should be cooked through when done.

Whole Chinese Chop Chicken (cooked in the Thermomix Varoma) with garlic rice, steamed veges, and a chilli ginger sauce.
