Step 4: Attaching the Hood to the Cloak. Now onto attaching your new hood to your cape. The bottom of your hood should fit perfectly onto the cloak if measured correctly, so just pin them together. Remember to leave that half-inch seam allowance before moving forward and sewing those together.
